fonts size and style

    I am having trouble with fonts. I am thinking of getting the $30 dollar upgrade, just wanted to explore more and make sure I am committed to this blog.

    I have been trying to change fonts using codes. Do I put the code before or after the post. Or do I put it in a tag. I have been exploring and slowly understanding some things.

    <pre style=”font-family:Georgia;font-size:13px;”>
    Text this will be applied to…

    I know that this is an example of font size and style that I can code somewhere. not sure how to insert it for font and style. Or if I can in my theme. I know to go into text to use it?!

    Thank you for your time

    The blog I need help with is

    These are 3 ways to change fonts on blogs.
    (1) Changing font families, colors and size in text in posts or pages either post by post or page by page by coding into the HTML editor.

    (2) Changing font colors in text in posts or pages either post by post or page by page using the #4 icon (Select text color – change the text color) in Row 2 the Visual editor.

    (3) Changing all font families, colors and sizes throughout the whole blog by purchasing an annually renewable Custom Design upgrade and using Typekit Fonts with Staff support.

    Note: A few themes do provide for changing font color in the Blog Title and/or optional Tagline and/or links. In the majority of themes font changes to font families, colors and size in the blog title, tagline, menu, post titles, page titles, categories and tags, widget headings, comments and links cannot be done without purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade and doing the required CSS editing.

    Thank you for this. I had already been trying to use
    number 1. So far I have not been successful.

    Do you know where I code into. I tried to do it at the beginning and
    end of post but it did not work. I may be missing something. I will keep experimenting

    Thank you

    Thank you for this. I have been able to change my font with your help. I love the learning. It would be easier to get the custom deal, which I may get but I like to figure things out. I feel almost techy. Well, I just followed your instructions and cut and pasted, yet to understand the actual coding-another journey! It is like when I go to our community bikes and try and fix my bike. I need a lot of help but always learn something.

    Thank you, Elektra
