  1. I was billed twice this past month for services which were not requested. I submitted a support request a week ago with no response. Navigating support for WordPress is nearly impossible. Can someone please contact me to resolve this issue ASAP? If not, I will have to resolve through AMEX.

    FWIW this is the correct link for such reporting and sorting out issues >
    Note: Staff provide support for over 31million. They deal with support tickets by addressing those with the earliest date first. If you contact them repeatedly then the date simlog moves forward in time and it takes longer to get an answer.

    I sent two request last week and STILL no REPLY??!!!! The main images on several posts keep showing up as a ?......What gives?? I need this fixed ASAP as it is making THE FOOD STALKER Blog look unprofessional. Can anyone help me out there?
