I asked WordPress’ stuff two questions and made one important request on 8th June, 2017. I was surprised having no reaction on them almost a week (despite 48 hours advertised on WordPress). I reminded about them on 14th June, 2017. Five new days have passed – still no reaction. The request is urgent. Maybe this post will finally help to attract WordPress’ stuff attention?
I must say that this is the first time in my experience when WordPress communicates so badly. I’ve never had such problems with the company. Can someone from WordPress contact me and discuss my request? Questions and especially the request are private. I am seriously confused at this moment and Happiness Engineers don’t make me happy at all :(
