Fusion header and link question

I just moved my blog from WordPress.com to my own host, and I’m using the theme Fusion. There’s an issue now that the top links on the sidebar aren’t working, seemingly because the header logo is linked. So when you hover over the top link(s) on the sidebar, they pick up the link to the header. What do I need to do to remove the link from the logo in the header? And do you think that would solve the issue?

My other question is I’d like my four round icons (RSS feed, twitter, etc.) with links in the sidebar to not have a underline when you hover over them, but I want the text links in the sidebar to underline when you hover over them. What do I need to do (and which file) to change this?

Thanks so much for any help you can provide!

The blog I need help with is mindfuldough.com.
