Im having problems with this:

thats my web page and you can see the picture if you click it will take you to see all the pics.. is there any way i can do like a slide show instead of everyone clicking one by one? Also want to put a different album underneath that pic from a different trip? how can I do that?
Plugin:
On my Dashboard control panel I do not have a Plugin. I dont see it or is just not there or maybe I have to download it.. can anyone help me on this??Thanks,

For the first question – sorry, we don’t have such functionality available at the moment.
You can however have a multiple photos on one page/posts:http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/gallery/
Plugins are for for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org. WordPress.com don’t allow the such options for security reasons. If you’re not sure the difference between these two types of WordPress blogs, please read:
