    Hi @thehealthygroove,

    Sorry we’re still having trouble here! I just checked your site with Windows 7 using IE9, IE10, and IE11. The slideshow is working correctly for me across all versions. Since we’ve been unable to reproduce the issue, I’m not sure there’s much we can do to help here. It seems like the issue is local to your setup. I have two more thoughts:

    1. Can you make sure Compatibility View is toggled off under Tools -> Compatibility View?

    2. We’re going to use the Developer Tools in Internet Explorer to see if we come up with any new pieces of useful information. Under Tools, click Developer Tools, which should bring up a little dashboard on the bottom of your screen. We’re going to check two tabs.

    First, click on “Console”. Then, visit the following page keeping the little developer window up and running:

    You should see a few things listed there. Please take a screenshot of that window and upload it to your Media Library.

    Next, click on “Network” within the Developer window. Click “Start Capturing” and then refresh the page. You should see a window that looks something like this:

    Grab a screenshot of that as well and upload it to your Media Library.

    Thanks for your continued help- I appreciate your efforts in trying to help me get it to work!

    1.) My compatibility tools seems to be off (within Internet Explorer, correct?)

    2.) Developer tools- when I click on this, I don’t get as many options on my screen:

    Hi Eileen,

    What kinds of computers are you using (both the ones that display your photos correctly and the ones that don’t)? Do any of those computers have a touchscreen in addition to a mouse?

    Also, do you have Javascript enabled in the browsers where the gallery isn’t displayed correctly? You can check that in the Javascript section here if you aren’t sure: http://supportdetails.com/

    Hello,

    Both computers are Dell computers operating on Windows 7. One of them is a touch screen, yes (the other is not).

    In regards to Javascript, yes- that’s enabled.

    Hi Eileen,

    Does the problem with your gallery only happen on the touch screen computer? Or does it happen on both? (If the problem only happens on the touch screen computer, that’s the likely cause and I can check with the theme author to see if there’s a way to change how that works.)

    I just looked, and both computers I’ve been trying this on are actually a touch screen. If you could check with the author that would be great.

    Thanks for letting me know, Eileen! I reported this issue to the theme author and will let you know what I found out. (That may take some time, but I’ll let you know as soon as I know more.) Please let me know if I can do anything more to help in the meantime. :)

    Hi Eileen,

    The Avid theme author let us know that this is actually how the theme is designed to work. On touchscreen devices (like your computers) those thumbnail images are meant to be turned off. You’ll only see those thumbnails on non-touchscreen devices. Since that’s how the theme is designed for different devices, there aren’t plans to make any changes to how that works at this point.
