Gap between sub-menu and parent sub-menu item

    Known area of effect:
    ul#menu-main-menu-1 li ul.sub-menu li#menu-item-440 ul.sub-menu

On my blog, this is spacing the Characters sub-menu away from the actual Characters menu item. I know that this is only affecting ul#menu-main-menu-1 (side menu), not ul#menu-main-menu (top navigation bar).

The blog I need help with is michaelbishop852.wordpress.com.

I checked http://michaelbishop852.wordpress.com/ and I couldn’t see extra spacing between the Characters menu and it’s submenu. I also noticed this thread was already marked as resolved, so it looks like you may have already gotten it fixed.

Well… It is. But there’s a smaller kind of “gap” now: when I hover the cursor over the Characters menu item – which has an a element – it leaves a gap that doesn’t cover the width of the parent ul.sub-menu element.

Hi, On the characters menu, the entire block for that menu is an active link for me in Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

I’m also seeing no gap between characters and the submenu items in my three browsers.

Can you possibly screenshot that for use and upload it to your media library so we can see what you are seeing?

Awesome job of customization on Twenty Fourteen by the way. Love what you have done to your menus.
