I’m keen to add amazon associates book links to my single post pages. I’d live to use the categories for a specific post as the dynamic content for the amazon code.

Is there a way to insert a ?the_category($separator = ”, $parents=”)? function call to JUST return the category names separated by a %20.

In other words… i JUST want to insert into the iFrame amazon code below … the category words (not the URL links etc) for those categories associated with this specific single post entry.

    <iframe src=”http://rcm.amazon.com/e/cm?t=blahblahcode&o=1&p=12&l=st1&mode=books&search=iran%20iraq&fc1=000000&lt1=_blank&lc1=3366FF&bg1=FFFFFF&f=ifr” marginwidth=”0″ marginheight=”0″ width=”336″ height=”250″ border=”0″ frameborder=”0″ style=”border:none;” scrolling=”no”></iframe>

    For example:
Where ‘iran%20iraq’ are the two categories assigned to this specific post.

    Thanks!

If you’re hosted here, we can’t have iframes or javascript. So it won’t work.

If you’re hosted elsewhere you need to ask at http://wordpress.org/support
