Getting a charge on the credit card for a deleted site

  1. I helped my wife setup a blog last year. We purchased the "Custom Design" option for $30.

    Well, her interest in the blog didn't last too long, and I deleted the site.

    I looked at my credit card statement today and I have a pending WordPress charge for $30. It's been exactly a year ago now when we started the blog. Why am I getting charged for the "Custom Design" option again if the blog doesn't even exist anymore?

    Also, all of the support links say to go to the Dashboard of the blog and go to the Billing section. However, the blog is deleted! Now what do I do?

    If you could let me know the address of the deleted blog or the username on that account, I can take a look for you.

    I have removed the Custom Design upgrade from the blog at and submitted the refund for $30. That should appear in your account within a few days.
