Getting Added to Friend's Blog

  1. My friend invited to be an author on her site and I don't have access. I received her email, clicked "accept invitation", but it takes me to my site and doesn't show her site as one of the blogs to manage.

  2. The process is described her. Scroll to the very end

The My Blogs section of your Dashboard lists the blogs that you can contribute to and/or edit.

  3. yes, I've checked and done all of these things, but her blog still doesn't show up.

on her side, after clicking "accept invitation", it doesn't show that I've accepted her invitation.

  4. I have flagged this thread for Staff assistance. It's the weekend so please be patient while waiting.

  5. oops! I forgot to ask you to post a link to the blog in question please.

  6. you mean the blog that i'm trying to be added as author?

    thank you!

  7. Good GAWD! What shocking abuse of linking I see there >

  8. Hi! Can anyone help me with this today? Thank you!

  9. Staff deal with threads chronologically ie. the earliest dated threads first. So bumping your thread makes it take longer to get help.

  10. Oh! haha, okay, thanks!

    just to provide more information...

my friend was able to add 3 people before me with no problem. the difference between me and the other three is that I already had a wordpress blog

    thank you!

  11. Thanks for that additional information for Staff.

  12. Hi there - it looks like you've already been added as an Author on this site:

Are you able to log in from here?

Please let me know if you still need assistance.

  13. Yes, I've been added. Thank you!

  14. Excellent. I'm closing this thread now - if you have further issues, please start a new topic.
