Getting newer blogs at the bottom and older at the top?

How can I keep one blog at the page top or have all the blogs in chronological order, newest at the bottom?
Blog url: http://goldenturkeydesign.wordpress.com/The blog I need help with is goldenturkeydesign.wordpress.com.
My understanding is that you can make a post a ‘sticky’ meaning it stays at the top all the time by going dashboard – posts – select quick edit on the post you want to keep at the top – and tick the make this post sticky – click update.
However to make the posts appear oldest first, I’m not sure I know a quick way so will leave that for someone else to answer!
