Getting rid of Borders

  1. Does anyone know how to get rid of the borders on the header box, body box and nav box in Greenery's LEMONed? I tried taking the borders out of #content and #sidebar...any suggestions?

  2. Complete link please.

  3. You have the css-upgrade, I believe? You cannot do these changes without it.

    removing all the border styles in "content" should get you started. There are at least two to each of them it seems. Are you commenting them out or actually removing them? only /* */ will do for internet explorer.

    There is a border style on post {} too, but it would be easier to see if you made another post to see what belonged where.

  4. remove or change the colours on the last four:
    #header {
    height: 171px;
    margin: 0 15px 10px;
    padding: 0;
    background: url(images/header.jpg) no-repeat top center;
    border-top: 5px solid #89c410;
    border-left: 5px solid #89c410;
    border-right: 5px solid #89c410;
    border-bottom: 5px solid #89c410;

  5. ......and it would be good if you told us how it works or not. Makes the forum a little more useful and makes it easier to help people.

  6. i tried all of those suggestions, and nothing worked. I can still see all the boxes

  7. I don't see in your CSS any revisions of the items shown by boblet above. If you changed them, you must not have saved them. There is also similar border definitions in the sidebar.

  8. But you DO have the paid css upgrade?
    without that, this will not work permanently, only as preview.

    Agree with Vivian - if you are actually changing it, there must be something wrong with the saving.

  9. Yes I do have the paid CSS upgrade. I actually did change it but the link I gave you was of the original page. Thank you!
