Gigya Shortcode Help

  1. I have a flash video that is 12 min. long - I am trying to get it ready to move onto WordPress.COM. It is not a youtube so it is not supported. I see that the gigya short code might be the solution. But even after looking at the instructions on wpbtips for a while (complete with circles and arrows) I am still confused.

Can someone please help or convert this to gigya code?

    <object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" width="460" height="365" codebase=",0,40,0"><param name="flashvars" value="&" /><param name="src" value="" /><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="460" height="365" src="" allowfullscreen="true" flashvars="&"></embed></object>

    Thanks much for any help
