Global translator

    I need to download Global Translator plugin on my blog and I understand i’ll have to migrate from XXXX.wordpress.com to XXXX.wordpress.org.
    I’m on the verge of starting the process.

    But before, a few questions to avoid any problems:

    1- What are exactly the preliminaries conditions to download Global Translator?
    2- Do I have to make a registration private on XXXX.wordpress.com before moving to XXXX.wordpress.org?
    3- May I have or, do I have, to use a custom domain from my current blog (domain mapping) before moving to XXXX.wordpress.org?
    4- I don’t have spare time to process myself the transfert from XXXX.wordpress.com to XXXX.wordpress.org. May I migrate straight from XXXX.wordpress.com to a web hosting so that the process would be automatic to XXXX.wordpress.org?
    5- Are those providers suggested by WordPress can perform the job without any problems?
