Go back to auto-renew for upgrade (domain)

  1. Change billing information.
    I turned of auto-renew for my domain upgrade, and I want to turn it back on, so that it will auto-renew using my credit card.
    The Domain Administration Support Page does not have directions for this, and, for "Change Contact Info" it leads me to a Contacts button that does not exist in domain admin.

  4. Hi The Balsamean,

    I actually see that the upgrade (your domain registration and mapping) is with another user. That user will be able to log into their dashboard, then navigate to Store > My Upgrades and see this option. Although I've explained it here, I have also gone ahead and re-enabled it. The user can disable auto-renew from the same location.

  5. Doh! I should have noticed that. I guess you saw that both IDs are admins on that site. (I own both IDs.)
