Google ads showing up on my blog when I am logged out

I had one porn site and now a google ad showing up on my blog when accessing the last topic I wrote on. It does not show up when I am logged in, but is at the bottom of my blog with other adds when I am logged out. I do not want this.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Unless you have a No Ads upgrade, ads will show up on your blog time to time. This keeps many of free features on WordPress.com free, and we are continuously working to find the way so it’s not too intrusive (not showing ads on every single page is one of them).
