Google Authenticator Woes :-( for

  1. My website is and is a site.

    Please someone help me. I have asked for an account recovery twice (because WordPress haven't replied in a few days to help me) so therefore I am here in desperate need to access my blog.

    Unfortunately my Samsung III smartphone won't turn on and is being repaired for a hardware failure. I had downloaded the Google authenticator generator app for my wordpress website on my phone and now I cannot get into my website. I did the account recovery, like I said before, twice and have heard nothing.

    Please someone help me!

    I have had to start a new wordpress account just to access this forum and will delete this account once this problem has been resolved.

    and click the "Need More Help" link to complete the form for account recovery.

  4. I did this and haven't heard back and I promise I filled it out properly.

  5. There is a backlog of such account recovery requests and Staff are working as quickly as they can. Please be patient while waiting.

    I checked our records, and a member of our account recovery team contacted you via email on August 30 with information about regaining access to your account. Can you please check your spam folder to make sure the email didn't end up there?

    If you can't find it, please let me know and we can resend the email. You should also make sure to add to your safe senders list in your email account. Thanks!

  11. Apologies for this, the email was hiding in my junk mail. Did what I was told in the email and when I generated the backup codes, nothing happened and my browser didn't block me. Can you resend me the email with a new authorisation code as I am yet again blocked from my blog... What should I do if the problem persists? Try it on Internet explorer instead of Google chrome? Sorry again!
