Google chome followers receive malware warning

    Malware warning: Tried visiting again today. Decided to copy the message I got in hopes that it helps you. Here it is:

    Warning: Something’s Not Right Here! contains content from, a site known to distribute malware. Your computer might catch a virus if you visit this site.
    Google has found malicious software may be installed onto your computer if you proceed. If you’ve visited this site in the past or you trust this site, it’s possible that it has just recently been compromised by a hacker. You should not proceed, and perhaps try again tomorrow or go somewhere else.
    We have already notified that we found malware on the site. For more about the problems found on, visit the Google Safe Browsing diagnostic page.

    This is what google chrome browsers display. How can I correct. Other browser users have no problem.

    Put everything on the next line into the search box on Google:

    and that will find the post where it is. I suspect you put it in a text widget, a Follow Me button from some spam site.


    Wow. I’ve had that follow me widget for over two years without an issue. I wonder why has suddenly is a problem and other browsers don’t identify it. I’m not too computer savvy. Thanks for your help, raincoaster. I’ll try but may need to go to some geek squad or somethking.
