Graphics not showing up for certain people, showing up for others

I post a webcomic weekly, and I have had two people tell me they can’t see the cartoon. One person said he just saw a big red X. Another told me specific dates where she couldn’t see graphics (i.e. the cartoon). She said she also checked on computer at her local library with the same results. I’ve had other people check those dates and they see them. I’m not sure what to tell her, or how to resolve this. The dates she specified were 7/15, 7/22, 7/29, 8/5 and 8/12. 8/7 did show up for her. Same on the library computer. Is there a way I can figure this out? To have a webcomic without the “comic” part is not a good thing! Thanks for any help.

The above are the ones she says don’t work. I can’t imagine why this would show up on her computer AND the one at the library.
