Guided transfer?

    I am new to all this. But i have a blog on wordpress.com and i wanted to move to wordpress.org, im confused about guided transfer do i just purchase that and thas it or do i still have to get a web host from bluehost ??? If so do i get the web hosting first install wordpress software then buy the guided transer ?????

    The first step is to purchase the guided transfer. You will eventually have to purchase hosting from BlueHost or one of the other supported hosts, but your Guided Transfer Happiness Engineer can walk you through all of that.
