Guided Transfer– Blog Comments

  I’m interested in a guided transfer to wordpress.org. My question is this, will the blog comments I currently have also transfer to my new site? If possible I would like to keep all the comments people have written.

  Yes. All of your blog content including comments will be moved. The theme cannot be moved. See here for details > http://en.support.wordpress.com/guided-transfer/

  Thanks so much! One more quick question that was not answered in the guided transfer. Will the dates of my blog posts remain the same as when I originally posted on wordpress.com, or when I switch over will they all show as being posted that day?

  do guided transfers give you extra fonts and colors like the CSS upgrade
