Guided Transfer Confusion

  1. I purchased the Guided Transfer upgrade last week so that I can develop my wordpress site with my new host at HostGator. In an e-mail from WordPress I was notified that the transfer would happen today - and from inspection of details at my host control panel it appears some things have happened - but I can not sign in to my wp-admin with my information...

    what's happened? it's impossible to find support from wordpress staff and I haven't received replies from any support e-mails to them.

  5. Hi matvalley, we've definitely been trying to get in touch with you. We've emailed you twice since completing the transfer and replied to you over here as well.

    Have you checked your spam folder? Maybe our emails are getting caught accidentally by your email service.
