Guided transfer not working-where is my support???

    I have e-mailed the guided-support many times now for more than one day and I need help!
    My site is tranferred to the new site, but I still have not got access to the password for the dashboard.
    It was transferred to another place first; whrere I also got the password; but logging in and chanign things there doesn't change anything on the site where it is at now. What to do??? Why isn't anyone answering? Even if it's to say you'll get to it eventually????
