1. Unclear support. Hi when buying premium, I was promised e-mail support. However, I don't find the access to it. I've only found the forums.
2. Forum jungle. It's not easy to find the topics you've triggered in the setting menu underneath the avatar top right. Neither is it easy to find the right forum. For me there's the Dutch forum and the English forum, and now it looks like there's two forums: one which does not display my question, and another which does. Please make navigation more simple?
