Header & Background Images Have Disappeared
I know what you’re thinking, that I need to upgrade my CSS -but that isn’t due until August.
So, I wonder why my images disappeared AND while I called them back in, they aren’t appearing…
The blog I need help with is creativegoddess.wordpress.com.
They look OK!
The blog linked to your username is not a free blog from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM so we cannot help you with it. WordPress.COM blogs and wordpress.org installs operate on different code. The correct support forum to get support for that blog is here > http://wordpress.ORG/support

Do over! I guess I should have told you it was for:
Still, header and background have disappeared even though I’ve called them in again.
Yes. The header image is missing and I cannot see any background images. I am viewing a sea of yellow using Firefox 5.0. When you CSS edit a theme you no longer use the header image uploader. Instead you place the header image URL in the CSS stylesheet.
Tip: When you alter a theme’s stylesheet, you only need to put in the Editor the modification/additions to the CSS, not the entire thing. Read this for more info:
I will flag this thread so it gets moved to the CSS Forum where either Staff or another Volunteer will help you.
Apparently this is resolved? I can see both the background and header image in Firefox and in Safari.
Yes of course. It’s been awhile since I’ve mucked around with them that I forgot I could actually modify the CSS rather than ‘upload image’ in the dashboard.
Thanks so much!
You are welcome and glad you got it sorted.
