Header Images Help (plugin or hard code?)

I’ve been working on this for a few days but am having a lot of trouble figuring out how to modify this wordpress site. It is currently using the WikiBase theme and I am trying to make some edits.

How would I go about adding 3 square images in between ‘building the middle class’ and policies for shared prosperity. They don’t have to rotate or even change really, I just need to know how to get them there. I don’t know if I should try to hard code it (I already have and couldn’t even make it look different in anyway using the editor and adding code), or if there is a good plugin for this. Please let me know what you think. Thanks!

The blog I need help with is hawkeye126.wordpress.com.
