header.php changes not rendering

  I am using rounded v2 theme.

  When I edit the header.php file, the changes are not rendered in the browser. The header.php file is changing as I checked the html file. I tried clearing the cache and using different browsers. It is as though the browser is calling the script from an archive file that has not changed. Any suggestions?

  We bloggers at wordpress.com cannot access our underlying templates or edit them as we are on a wp-MU multiuser blogging platform. The software you download from wordpress.org is not the same as ours here and we only provide support for bloggers hosted by wordpress.com
