    Hello!

    I apologize if this has already been asked and answered, but I am having some difficulty removing the Heading Titles in each navigation page.

    I have the free Mystique theme by WordPress.com and I purchased the CSS package, as I believe I was supposed to do; but, I am not exactly sure what I am to do or where to go from this point.

    I know absolutely nothing about CSS or design, so if anyone could be of some assistance I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks so much!

    Is what you are wanting to do is to remove the site title?

    #703901

    No, sir. Not the site title.

    The page titles on each individual page.

    For instance. If I click on the tab that says “About,” there is also the wording “About” on the page itself.

    I’m not exactly sure how to remove those.

    If you are talking about the page titles at the top of the content (in the white area), add this to the CSS edit window, make sure that “add to existing…” is selected and then you can click preview to see the change and if it works for you then go back to the CSS edit page and click “save stylesheet.”

    .page .page-title {
    display: none;
    }

    Actually, copy and paste the following. I forgot to enclose it in “code” tags.

    .page .page-title {
    display: none;
    }

    PERFECT! Thank you SO very much!

    You are welcome.

    Hi there!

    I have another question for you, if you don’t mind.

    I switched my theme to “Linen” and those headings are present again. I tried to add the same coding you gave me previously, but it doesn’t seem to be working.

    Is there anything else that you could recommend?

    I really appreciate your help.

    Thanks!

    CSS is theme specific so a new theme typically means a different solution. In this case there was just one character difference, but sometimes the selectors are completely different in name. Delete the other bit in your CSS and add the below.

    .page .pagetitle {
    display: none;
    }
