  I let my domain name expire (intentionally) while I was traveling. Now I can’t access my site. I’d like to go in and save my posts, but I get ‘server IP address could not be found.’ Is all my content lost? Do I need to do anything to officially close out my account? How do I do that if I can’t access my site?

  Your domain and site are not hosted by us (WordPress.com). They’re hosted by Bluehost and therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.

  We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us.
