help creating email forwarding

  1. hi there, I have read about the email forwarding and all of the 'how to's' say to go to store / domain and then to the Manage Emails link next to it. I am not seeing a Manage Emails link. Can someone please help.

  2. Do you currently have an email mapped to your domain name? If you have email set up I think the option is not shown - just in case I have flagged this for the staff to help

  3. Hi there - the link does not appear, because you already have email records saved in your Edit DNS here:

    If you'd like to use email forwarding instead, please delete those records. However, note that if you do that, your Zoho mail won't work anymore.
