Help! I am not receiving e-mails with a new requested password!

    Firstly, this is about my blog/website (I had to create just to post this as you can’t do anything when you have forgotten your password!). I am pretty sure I wrote down my username and password but now I can’t login.

    I requested something like 8 or 9 new passwords using the ‘Lost your password?’ link, and didn’t receive a single e-mail. So I called the company I have e-mail with to see if it was being blocked for some reason, and for some technical reason I hadn’t been receiving any e-mails since early January! Now I am receiving e-mails again but not from

    My e-mail address is (email redacted). Have I just requested too many password resets? Can someone please look into this and send me a functioning temporary password? I am trying to finish my new website and have most things done except the homepage..

    That is not a free hosted WordPress>COM blog. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and not for software installs. You are posting to the wrong support forum. and are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names.

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
