Help me out! Need to get EPP code

  1. Hello!
I am trying to transfer my domain and hosting from webhost000 to ipage. The blog sites I am trying to transfer over are and

webhost000 tells me I need to contact WordPress for my EPP code to transfer my domains. WordPress forums tell me I need to access Store -> domains on my dashboard, but this doesn't exist on my dashboard. I have admin access but this option does not show up for me..

    I'm so lost

  2. Store -> domains on my dashboard, but this doesn't exist on my dashboard

It exists when you are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade for the blog.

  3. That's the thing we didn't purchase anything from WordPress! That's whats confusing. We created the site using WordPress but that's it.

  4. is hosted by Main Hosting Servers is hosted by Main Hosting Servers
    Name Servers:

There is no domain mapping upgrade for here at WordPress.COM.
    And is not using nameservers.

As those URLs are not being domain mapped to from underlying blog URLs we cannot help you at all.

  5. I'm sorry you are frustrated but that's not correct. There are two separate sites. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and you are posting to the wrong support forum. and are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. If you don't have a username account at WordPress.ORG click and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  6. So i should go to to find answers? Alright, anything to end this frustration. I hate webhost000 they have barely any customer service.

  7. So i should go to to find answers?

Yes. Go there and I'll cross my fingers for you.

Still no EPP code. Let me explain the situation better maybe someone can help me out.

My domain is registered at Wild West through webhost000. We have no account access with WWD they say wordpress has the actual account info. WordPress is installed on our servers and we have admin access but there is no domain control. Both Wild West Domains and webhost000 tell me i need to talk to wordpress about getting EPP code.

Went to they told me check support again..

  9. is the site name

  10. For the first domain,, that one is registered through, and the user who purchased that domain (a different user than gumball19) can access the DNS settings to begin the transfer process here:

If you also own the other username that registered this domain, you can log in under that account to begin the process. If not, you will need to ask the person who owns that account to do so.

The domain is registered through GoDaddy so you will need to access the domain through their system.

  11. Thank you.

The domain name was never purchased, is that why I can't access

If so, if I just buy it my problem will be solved

  12. Oh also the one who originally created the wordpress blog has given me all the login information and none of them can access the, only is accessible.

  13. You will need to know the username and password of the domain owner to access and access the domains page. If you cannot log in, it's likely you do not have the correct combination, and you may wish to ask the user to try logging in and if necessary, resetting their password here:

The site is no longer hosted on and uses a different set of log in credentials, which would explain why you can access the Dashboard at

  14. Yes, the login for the two dashboards must be different, however she doesn't know it, it's as if she didn't make it. I sent her the link to reset the password and so hopefully it will work once she has done that.

Thanks so much, I now know where exactly to get it.

  15. You're very welcome. I hope your colleague can sort this out. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
