    I have the Mystique theme on my site (http://yankeesfansunite.com), and there is a ton of negative space on the left side of the post column, and on the right of the sidebar area. Can someone please help me with the CSS coding to reduce the margins, and increase the post column width?

    The blog I need help with is yankeesfansunite.com.

    Necesito ayuda para saber cómo reducir el espaciado entre las palabras ya que cuando lo justifico queda con mucho espacio.

    I need help understanding how to reduce the spacing between words because when it is justified with plenty of space.

    That’s because the theme has a fixed width, so the widths of the space on the right and left sides will vary depending on the width of your browser window.

    You could switch manually to a flexible width using percentages, but it’s usually not advised because stretching out the lines of text to be too long (remember, it will vary depending on the browser width the reader is using) can make text harder to read. Shorter width lines of text are easier to read.

    If you want to give it a try anyway, here is some CSS that could be a good start:

    @media (min-width: 1050px) {
    	#container {
    		width: 80%;
    	}
    	#content-container {
    		width: 73%;
    	}
    	#sidebar {
    		width: 26%;
    	}
    	#branding {
    		background-repeat: repeat-x;
    		width: 100%;
    	}
    }

    The @media part limits the change only to browsers that are 1050px or wider. You can adjust the percentages to find something that you like best.

    @alqueriatic, there’s a Spanish language forum at http://es.forums.wordpress.com/ if you’d like to ask for help there. Make sure to include a link to the blog you’re working on.
