Help with my blog name?!?! Please and thank you :)

  1. So, the other day I changed the name of my blog and blog url. Now, whenever someone subscribes and I check my notifications it says Someone has subscribed to '[untitled]'. For some reason it says untitled. I just want it to say jacquisong but I don't exactly know where or how to fix that. Ideas?

The blog I need help with is

  2. Can someone please reply? Even if you don't know, at least tell me. Cause I don't know what to do D: I came to the Forums for help and I'm not getting too much. I hope I'm not coming off as rude.

  3. We don't answer when we don't have any answers. I flagged this for staff attention and that's all I can do.

  4. Hi there - the reason it's saying "Untitled" is probably because your Site Title is blank. You can add one under Settings > General, in the text box next to Site Title. Be sure to click the blue "Save Changes" button when you're done.

Just let us know if you need anything else.

  5. @raincoaster Sorry about what I said last night. I got really frustrated because every time I post a question, people tend not to answer. Even if they don't know the answer, I would appreciate it if people could at least tell me that.

@kathrynwp Thanks for the help :)

  6. My pleasure. :-)

Even if they don't know the answer, I would appreciate it if people could at least tell me that.

While I realize it's frustrating to wait for an answer - it's totally understandable that everyone wants to get their issue solved as quickly as possible! - it actually isn't helpful for people to reply saying that they don't know how to help. Doing so removes questions from the "unreplied" queue, which we use to find questions that need answers. It also clutters up the forums with non-answers, making it more difficult for people to find helpful information.

Thanks for your part in helping make the forums a useful place for everyone!
