Help with updating billing information

  1. Our upgrade is expiring in 18 days, but I can't figure out how to update our billing information? Where can I input that information?

    If so then where are the footer credit links?

    May I remove credit links such as ‘Blog at’, theme, font, or toolbar links?
    All bloggers are required to maintain the credit links, even our VIP bloggers. Please do not hide the footer credits or the toolbar with CSS after purchasing a Custom Design upgrade.

    I am adding new billing information, previous billing information was added by a different user on the blog. Do you know how I would proceed?

  4. Only the owner of the upgrade can renew it or change billing info.

    Alternatively, that user can leave a request here for us to transfer ownership of the upgrade to you.
