    @sulz – Here’s a code color wheel I really like:

    http://www.ficml.org/jemimap/style/color/wheel.html

    And here we are…a bunch of chicks, all dressed up in our css, and nowhere to go….

    I don’t see the hover code in sulz’s CSS. I see the uploaded file – it has a WP logo in it.

    Found the hover code!

    .quicklinks a:hover {
    	background:#777;
    	color:#fff;
    }

    sulz – change the background not the color. (I changed mine to black from #777.)

    @everyone

    You’re very welcome. And I am feeling not a little smug that I knew how to do that. Of course, I just copied the code from someone else and then made my own adjustments. Please don’t ask me how CSS actually works!

    Although it’s kinda late for me to post on this thread, of course I don’t mind you guys sharing the CSS code to customize the WP admin bar. Not at all. So, share away.

    BTW, if you wanna hide the blue bar completely, all you have to do is to add the following line:

    #wpcombar {
    	display:none;
    }

    That’s it. HTH.

    devblog – thanks for your generosity. I hope you don’t mind that I grabbed the background file as well.
