Hiding the Site Title and Tagline

    I’m using “The world is listening ote049” template.
    I’ve looked for a way to hide title but can’t seem to find info anywhere.

    I’ve searched online and they say add this:
    #site-title, #site-description {display: none; }

    They don’t seem to mention where to put it.
    I checked my style.css and all of them start with the period symbol.
    Can somebody help me in where to put that code to get rid of the site title and tagline in my site?

    I’m making a new header that will include my site name.

    The blog I need help with is www.neorussell.com.
