Hierarchy in categories

    Hi. I have all my categories set up using a widget to appear in the side bar of every page. There are five hierarchy pages within my blog category but they are are not showing. I have the hierarchy checked in the categories widget and I also have the posts set up in categories list with ‘blog’ as the parent. I’m sure it’s something simple but can’t work it out. Can you help please? Thanks, Val
