Home Link is Wrong?

When i click my home link on my page it takes me to an old blog of mine which doesn’t exist anymore ‘lovesaffron’ my new one is ‘lovefromsaffron’ anyway to change it so it goes to that instead?
The blog I need help with is lovefromsaffron.wordpress.com.
My guess is you still have a link to your old site in your custom menu, you can edit it in Appearance -> Menus, you should be able to edit the link under home.
