Hosting a website on business plan
as we know all that business plan is allowing us to use our themes and plugins, am thinking about creating a small jobborad website in my community and i want to know how storing of accounts will be, my website or the theme am going to use comes with signup function so when people signup to my website are these account going to be stored on my website like am hosting it with wordpress.org or will be hosted on wordpress.com database ? also can the users enjoy website functions like am hosting it on wordpress.org ? or the functions will be limited ?
i will use this theme and i would like to know if will work fine with business plan (the link below)
are these account going to be stored on my website like am hosting it with wordpress.org or will be hosted on wordpress.com database ?
Guest/customer/member accounts are stored on the site, but depending on how you do it those users might have to create their own WordPress.com username accounts as well.
I know with the WooCommerce plugin regular customer accounts can be created without a WordPress.com username, and those accounts can then be used with the WP Job Manager plugin, so that might work for the plugin you want to use as well. There’s no way to tell without testing it, though.
If you buy the Business Plan and then find it doesn’t work, we offer a full refund for up to 30 days after purchase.
also can the users enjoy website functions like am hosting it on wordpress.org ? or the functions will be limited ?
What functions do you mean exactly? Can you please provide some more detail?

We cannot test every WordPress theme for compatibility with our systems, but as long as the theme does not have any known conflicts with the Jetpack plugin it should be okay.
Thanks a lot sir for clear answer. the refund thing is good i will test.
i mean with functionality, creating jobs and applying for jobs.
Also how about the traffic ? my website could receive more than 30K visits every month can this plan handle it without effecting on the performance of the website ?
Thanks in advance.
Our servers handle traffic pretty well, so no worries there.
And about the job board functionality, WordPress.com itself would not do that. I know there are plugins that do, like the one Herman mentioned, but the details will depend on what plugin you choose and your implementation of it.
Bear in mind that plugins that require logins may require a WordPress.com account, and if that is not okay, your site might be better suited for a WordPress.org installation at another host. But you can try Herman’s idea to see if it works, too.
I hope that helps!
