    Open the page that you have for your blog in the editor, copy out all the text you had put in that page and then create a new “post” and just paste that into the post and title it as you desire and then publish it and it will show up on the blog page.

    For the tagline below the site title, add this to the custom CSS edit area and then adjust the 14px value for font size as you desire. On the color, you can take a look at this site, , and find a color that you like and then just copy out the hex color code and replace the color code below in the “color” declaration.

    #site-description {
    color: #7A7A7A;
    font-size: 14px;

    On the sidebars, there is no way at wordpress.COM to have different sidebars on different pages.

    You have written:

    Add this? What and where? What area?

    Okay it did work

    Now, how do I change the headers only on the sidebar?

    Sorry, go to appearance > custom design, click on the CSS tab at the top, delete all the informational text from the CSS edit text area and then paste the above into that text area. Edit the size and color and then you can click the “preview” button to see what it will look like. Sometimes you might need to refresh the preview page to see the changes.

    If you need to adjust the size or color again, just go back and change the values. When you are satisfied, click the save stylesheet button and the changes will go live on your site.

    I want to change the headers on the sidebar, not the tagline anymore. What text do I put there? And do I delete my previous command? Or it needs to stay there, so it doesn’t disappear on me and change to the previous settings. I know where to find the colors now, but I don’t know the command.

    Thank you very much for the tagline. Job has been accomplished.

    If you want to keep the changes to the tagline, keep that code and then just add this after it. The below will allow you to change the size and color. The #666666 is the current color.

    .wf-active .widget-title {
    font-size: 12px !important;
    color: #666666 !important;

    Is there a way to change the background behind my written posts?
    I don’t want you to confuse with the background that is black on my website.
    I would maybe like to see how it would look if I would change it from white to pale yellow.

    Thank you,

    Anna Labno

    You have your site set back to private, so it took me a little bit to remember which theme you were using. Yes, you can change the white area behind all the content to any color you choose. Add this to your CSS and then just edit the color code.

    #page {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #FFFFFF;

    I have found many mistakes in my wording. I haven’t slept much in two days. I wasn’t really sure what I was typing.

    I did add your username, so you can visit it before others do.

    I will try to change the color to see how it looks.

    Thank you,

    Anna Labno:)

    You are welcome Anna.

    I see I missed the light grey section at the bottom. This is where you change the color for the footer background color.

    #site-generator {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #F9F9F9;
