How can I delete some comments I've made with my Google account?

    As I have already written in the title, I’ve made some coments on a specific blog in 2008. These comments are really personal, and when I made them I was just a teenager. Considering that, I’d like to have my privacy back, but I can’t delete them. Why?
    I’ve commented using my Google account, and although I’m logged in, I can’t manage those comments. Can you help me on that? I think this platform should allow its users to keep track of what kind of information they want to expose. I think this is my right as an user.
    I really wanted to solve this problem without looking for legal support. Hope you help me because the blog owner I’m gonna process anyway

    And I’m so sorry. Replace the word “process” with the expression “take him to court” or something like that.

    Hi there,
    I’m sorry to tell you that the comment removal feature found on blogspot blogs is not available on wordpress.com blogs. Here what you type is on the record in blogs, in comments and in forum threads like this one as well. Blog owners are in complete control of the comments left on their blog. If the blogger in question does not choose to delete your comments Staff cannot assist you with that unless you have court order.

    Now that I have provided you with the answer to your question I would like to address this:

    I think every person in this world ought to be responsible and accountable for their words and their acts.

    How come? The comments are mine! It has my name and my profile link!
    Ok, I’m gonna look for a lawyer. This website doesn’t respect its user’s privacy, for the record.

    Yes, If i were responsible for my acts, I would delete my own comments.

    For the record I have flagged this thread for a Staff response as they get paid for this and we Volunteers don’t.

    It’s my right. At that time, this information wasn’t important. And even if it were, It doesn’t matter. It’s my comment, my information, my profile. It’s all mine. I should be allowed to manage them. And this is what you should do if you really wanted to respect your users. I’m responsible for my acts and I’m the one who should choose if something should be online or not.
