Are you hosted here on WordPress.com or are you using WP.org software? I ask because the site you linked to doesn’t seem related to WP in any way, and if you are using .org software or want to do something related to that, you’ll need to ask over at http://wordpress.org/support so they can help you.

All wordpress.com blogs except those that are Private – only the users I choose” have rss feeds for posts and for comments. By dragging the Meta widget into the sidebar box and saving changes they become available for use. This is another approach http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/23/put-your-feed-in-your-sidebar/
    HTH :)
