How can I get the contact form email notifications to use the right time zone?

  1. The quick contact form in Jetpack is emailing notifications with the wrong time zone. The correct time zone is displayed when reviewing the record under the "Feedback" area, but the email received is 8 hours different. I do have my time zone settings updated under "Settings --> General" to reflect a Pacific Standard Time time zone, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. How can I get the email notifications to include the correct time?
