    Hello there<
WordPress.org and WordPress.com are completely separate and run on different software.http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

This blog http://www.christianpalma.com/ is a WordPress.ORG install using a theme that is not available here at WordPress.COM.

If you have an image you have used as a header is a WordPress.ORG install, and you have chosen a WordPress.com theme that does provide for a custom image header, then you can resize that image to “fit” and upload into into your WordPress.com blog and use it as a header.

I see you are using Vostok on your WordPress.com blog and the support documentation states the size of the custom image for a header on Vostok must be must be 600 pixels by 126 pixels. This is where you upload the image that you have properly sized in advance > Dashboard > Appearance > Header

See here for a list of all the WordPress.com themes that do have the custom image header feature. > http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/

Hope this helps and best wishes with your blog. :)
