Nothing Found
It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching can help. There is nothing wrong with your site. By default the front page of the blog is the only page that will display all published posts on it. As soon as you publish a post not a page the front page error message and searchbox that appears on every new WordPress.COM blog will be gone. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
Theme set up
Every theme has a detailed theme description page with set up instructions like this one http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/illustratr/ and a live demo site like this one http://illustratrdemo.wordpress.com/ for your http://marcyleigh.wordpress.com/Making your blog private
You can have either a public or a private blog and there is no limitation on the total number of contributors to any blog. If you’d like to invite others to publish posts or help approve comments on your blog, you can invite them to be a Contributor, Editor, or Author. If you want users to receive updates each time you publish new content you can invite them to be a follower/viewer.To change blog visibility to private go to > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 3 . See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

the standard stats here will show which countries visitors came from (I think the new junk stats still has that feature)
You can add a third party tracking that will show general areas – I use Cluster Maps and it puts dots around the world showing visitors so you can get a better idea of the spread – there are several different programs that will work the same way – note you need to use the plain html code here for the third party tracking – no script allowed
and as @TT noted above – there is no way to track any visitor to a specific ID on any stats system –
