how can I move (then improve) website from iweb?

  1. Hi everyone, I hear good things about you so I signed up to build my website (I do not want a blog). I had built a website with iweb and it looks strange and very different according to which browser you use, so I would like to use a different platform, such as wordpress.

Now, I am sure that once you know your way around it becomes much easier, but logging into your website for the first time I am terribly confused, cannot find how to move the site and then where I should click to view it and edit it (as I will need to, and rather frequently so, over the course of its life).

Thanks if you could put me onto the right path, where to go first is crucial as far as I am concerned.

    Kind regards

On one hand, the characteristic “blog” features like categories, tags, authors, dates, etc. can be removed from a free hosted blog, if you purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade and doing the required CSS editing.

On the other, one can edit a theme free of charge. This comparison and The Differences provides clarity.
