How can we troubleshoot an obviously stalled import (running for a week now)?

  1. We initiated an import from a WordPress XML export file (2.5 MB, nowhere near the limit) a week ago. According to the status message on the import page, it's not supposed to take much longer than 24 hours. However nothing has happened since, there's been no status update, no error message and no obvious way of aborting the stalled import or troubleshooting the problem. Also, the import function is now blocked, so we can't even try restart the process.

  3. Thanks, I've just resubmitted the import file. This is something I'd like to troubleshoot until it works.

  4. I currently don't see the import file running, which probably means it has been completed now.
