How come I haven't heard from a Happiness Engineer?

  1. I purchased the Guided Transfer ($119) to move my blog to I did that almost a week ago, the money was taken out of my bank account that day, but I still haven't heard from a Happiness Engineer. Please advise.

    We replied back to the email address on file for the account (on the 24th). To see the email address on file for you account, go to Users->Personal Settings within your blog's dashboard.

    If you don't see the email within that email account, let me know (reply back here) and I'd be happy to resend it.

    We've sent it again just now (to your address).

    If you're not seeing it for some reason, be sure to check your spam/junk filters in case it is accidentally caught there.

    This is what has made everything confusing... and it's my fault. That address was deactivated months ago. I didn't realize that it was the email on file when I placed the order (on the 24th) for the Guided Transfer. I changed it to another email address shortly afterwards.

    Can you please resend it again to the current email address on file (which should show up as being a gmail address)?
