How do I access my blog to change outdated information?
I am unable to access my existing wordpress.com account to edit/delete the outdated information. Every time I try and log in, it brings me to a page that is not related. When I try and recover the password/account information it tells me the blog information is invalid, even though this blog comes up on google search in the top 5 links. I need to be able to access and change the information for my business.
The blog I need help with is magiccobratattoo.wordpress.com.

You need to ask yourself two questions and answer them too.
What are the username accounts involved here?
And exactly which username account registered the blog?
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility
If you have lost your log-in information you can complete the form for account recovery. https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery Then Staff will work with you by email ie. off this public forum.
WordPress is an extremely inefficient site. I have been unable to find any direct contact with the people who run it, and have been locked out of an account that is representing outdated/wrong information. This information comes up on major search engines when the public searches for my business. I will not conduct any further business with this website, and will delete all of my information from it as soon as I can figure out how to remove it.
It’s my sincere belief based on 8 years of experience answering questions here ie. years longer than all but one support staff have even been on Staff, that it’s likely that you have more than one username account associated with different email addresses. And if I am correct that means the reason you are unable to login because you are not logging in with the correct login information as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog in question.
I understand that. The issue I am having is that there is only one Gmail account associated with this link. I have tried accessing all visible, and invisible accounts, and the only one available is not the one that comes up on google search, which was the original account. When I try and search for the information associated with the link, it tells me there is no valid one. Essentially I am being run in circles, when all I would like to do is remove this information.
I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.
Yes it is. I am subscribed to the thread. Thank you for helping me alert a staff member. Is there a section that I missed in looking for a direct contact, or is that information not accessible to the public?
There are 50+ million of us and fewer than 250 on Staff. Only those with upgrades can access private support. Those with business accounts ($299. per year) have live chat support.
This is a peer support forum where Staff and Volunteers work together cooperatively to provide WordPress.com support. Emailing support means it takes longer to get an answer than posting to the support forums does. Please do only one or the other.
Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.
Staff have a considerable backlog of threads tagged for their attention. They work through them in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps. How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.
Please don’t bump this thread again by posting into it because it’s not in your best interest to post to it again after it has been tagged for Staff help. Thread bumping moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.
